Competent Court

INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Studio G&G, located at Via Torino 60, 20123, Milan, is constantly committed to protecting the online privacy of its users.
This document has been drawn up pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter: "Regulation") in order to inform you about the processing of your personal data as a user of the website. www.gt-gt.eu (hereinafter collectively “Site”).
The information and data you provide or otherwise acquired while using the services will be processed in compliance with the provisions of the Regulation and the confidentiality obligations that inspire the Data Controller's activities. Processing will be based on the principles of lawfulness, fairness, and transparency, and will protect the privacy and rights of the Data Subject.

- The personal data subject to processing
The personal data processed through the Site are the following:
- a. Browsing data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the Site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and IT environment. This data is used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to monitor its correct functioning, identify anomalies and/or abuse, and is deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site or third parties: except for this eventuality, web contact data is currently not retained for more than seven days.

Any forms to be filled out on this site may involve the sending and collection of data that are strictly necessary to fulfill the request, and failure to provide which will prevent the request from being processed, as well as optional data that are not strictly necessary to process the request.

- Purpose of the processing
The processing we intend to carry out, with your specific consent where necessary, has the following purposes:
- allow
- access to the reserved area of the website;
- the contact request from the Data Controller;
- browsing the website;
- respond to requests for assistance or information;
- fulfill any legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
- Legal basis for processing
The legal basis for the processing of personal data for the purposes set out in Section 3 is Article 6.1.b) of the Regulation, as the processing is necessary to provide services or respond to requests from the data subject. Failure to provide personal data will make it impossible to activate the services provided by the Site or respond to requests.
The purpose referred to in section 3.c. constitutes a legitimate processing of personal data pursuant to art. 6.1.c. of the Regulation. Once the personal data has been provided, processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject.
- Recipients of personal data
Your personal data may be shared, for the purposes set out in section 3, with:
- entities that typically act as data controllers pursuant to art. 28 of the Regulation
- subjects, entities or authorities, independent data controllers, to whom it is mandatory to communicate your personal data pursuant to provisions of law or orders of the authorities;
- Persons authorized by the Data Controller to process personal data pursuant to Art. 29 of the Regulation, necessary to carry out activities strictly related to the provision of services, who have undertaken to maintain confidentiality or have an appropriate legal obligation of confidentiality (e.g., employees of the Data Controller).
- Transfers of personal data
The personal data processed will not be transferred to countries outside the EU.
- Data retention
Personal data processed for the purposes set out in Section 3 will be retained for the time strictly necessary to achieve those purposes, in compliance with the principles of data minimization and storage limitation pursuant to Articles 5.1.e) of the Regulation. In any case, the Data Controller will retain personal data for the time necessary to fulfill contractual and legal obligations. Further information regarding the data retention period and the criteria used to determine this period can be requested by writing to the Data Controller at the contact details above.
- Rights of interested parties
Pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation, you have the right to request at any time access to your personal data, rectification or erasure of the same, restriction of processing in the cases provided for by Article 18 of the Regulation, and to obtain the data concerning you in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, in the cases provided for by Article 20 of the Regulation. You may at any time withdraw your consent pursuant to Article 7 of the Regulation; and lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Italian Data Protection Authority) pursuant to Article 77 of the Regulation.
You may submit a request to object to the processing of your data pursuant to Article 21 of the GDPR, detailing the reasons justifying the objection. The Data Controller reserves the right to evaluate the request, which will not be accepted if there are compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms. Requests must be submitted in writing to the Data Controller at the contact details above.
- Changes
The Data Controller reserves the right to modify or simply update the content of the privacy policy, in whole or in part, also by virtue of changes in applicable legislation, and will inform users of such changes as soon as they are introduced, and they will be binding as soon as they are published on the Site.
